• Provide therapeutic services to patients, assessing and tracking their stages of change and recovery
• Implement client-centered and family-centered approaches to care with goal-specific interventions
• Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with patients to develop personalized treatment plans
• Build and maintain strong, supportive relationships with patients to meet their evolving needs throughout treatment
• Coordinate care with family members, referral sources, and other service providers
• Monitor treatment progress and participate in collaborative treatment team reviews
• Ensure all documentation is completed in accordance with Medicaid, Medicare, and CARF standards
• Engage in case management duties, including discharge planning, treatment planning, and referrals
• Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and supervision as required

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a clinically related field
• Active, in-good-standing Maryland licensure (e.g., LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LCSW-C, LGSW, LCSW)
• Previous experience with adults, substance use, or co-occurring disorders is a plus
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (EHR)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest practices in mental health treatment

The hourly pay for this position typically ranges from $34 to $44 per hour, depending on factors such as location, experience, and licensure.
